Payment conditions

At our online shop we accept iDEAL (The Netherlands), Credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) through Paypal for you payment. We accept banktransfer on request by email only. All prices are in Euro’s, including Dutch VAT at 21% and exclusive shipping costs. To ensure your payment information is kept private, we do not store any payment information at our database, at any time. By vanharten has the right to reject payments in case of any doubts.

Please be informed all products on this website are a property of By vanharten. Because of that all products you have ordered will stay our property until we have received full payment of your order.

Shipping conditions

All orders from the customers of By vanharten‘s online shop are distributed from our office based in The Hague, The Netherlands. Our office operates from Monday to Friday. Within two working days we will check our stock availability and approve your payment. If your payment is approved we will send you a confirmation of your order by email. Then we will, when all is in good order, pack your purchases and dispatch them to you.

Within two working days after your order has been placed, your purchase(s) will be send. This is when we send you a second email. In this second email we will provide you with your order’s Track & Trace number.

To guarantee professional transport and the best delivery we work together with PostNL and TNT express. For more information about costs and delivery days please see our list below. Delivery days are counted from the moment you have received our second email.

Shipping costs

We charge the following shipping costs for our deliveries:

- Netherlands € 6,75
- European Union € 15,00
- Rest of the World € 20,00

Customers outside the European Union please note that import duties or local sales taxes can be charged, for which By vanharten is not responsible. (Approx. 12%-14% of the total amount including shippingcosts).
Estimated delivery days (counted from the moment you have received our second email):

- Netherlands: 2-3 working days
- European Union: 2-7 working days
- Rest of Europe: 3-7 working days
- USA: 5-8 working days
- Canada: 5-6 working days
- Japan: 4-5 working days
- Rest of the world: 6-9 working days

Please note that these delivery times are indicative only as agreed upon with our logistic partners PostNL & TNT.

Returning conditions

Returning or exchanging your purchase(s) is only possible within 7 days after you have received your punchase(s) from the courier. Before returning your purchase(s) please contact our costumer service first.
You can do so by sending an email with the subject “Returning purchase(s)” to shop@byvanharten.com.
Then supply to your email the reason of returning the good(s) and order information. In case of damaged good(s) give us as extensive information about the damaging as possible. After sending the “Returning Purchase(s) email”, please send your (damaged) purchase(s) to:

Please provide the shipment with a trackingnumber, to check if your shipment has arrived. As soon as the returned articles are received and checked at our office, you will receive a confirmation email with a returnform. Check if your name, email-address, ordernumber and returnnumber are mentioned correctly on the returnform. When the money is refunded you will receive a second confirmation email. (It can take a few days before the transaction is completed by the bank). The money will be refunded as soon as possible after receiving your return (with a maximum of 30 days). We will always refund the money to the same account as which you paid with.

Transport costs for returning or exchanging your purchase(s) are variable and will occur at the customer’s expense and risk; we advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number. By vanharten is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of the returned goods.

Returning goods is possible when:

-You are not completely satisfied with your purchase
-You will need to have another size

The following buys we will not accept:

- Items bought with discount
- Items not supplied with the original hangtags and/ or packaging materials and/ or labelling.
